Dorking Choral Society is being joined again by the internationally acclaimed Brandenburg Sinfonia to continue this year’s royal celebrations with Music for a King!
This exciting programme includes Handel’s well known and triumphant Four Coronation Anthems, written originally for the coronation of George II, together with works by Purcell.
Handel – Four Coronation Anthems: Zadok the Priest, My Heart is Inditing, The King shall Rejoice, Let thy hand be Strengthened
Purcell – Hear My Prayer, Praise the Lord, O Jerusalem
