Good rhythm pattern
How many hoola hoops can you complete without stopping? Winner is the most number of hoolas without stopping. 3 turns allowed.
Singer’s breath!
Lift a ping-pong ball by drawing breath in through a straw. Carry the ball 5 feet to drop into another bowl. Winner is the person who has moved the highest number of balls to the receiving bowl.
Regulate your tempo
How many times can you make the Yo-yo fall and rise without stopping. Extra prizes for those who can do tricks like ‘Walk-the-dog’.
Open throat and soft palette practice
Apple bobbing needs a wide open mouth. No prize except the apples you can eat.
Hemiola practice
Three legged races for men/women/mixed couples/children or all at the same time.
Free demonstration by Greg and Stephen before races.
Remember to enter the competitions as you might win a gold, silver or bronze medal!!
