HOW TO JOIN DCS
We warmly welcome new members to the choir, and encourage anyone with an interest in
choral singing to contact us. While choral experience is valuable, a love of singing and a
desire to learn is more important and we do not audition new members. You will be
introduced to a Part Rep who can help you find the right Voice and place in the Choir.

BECOME A FRIEND OF DCS
In these increasingly difficult times for all in the performing arts, it is crucial that we at DCS
find various ways to keep our financial position healthy. If you share our ideals of creating
and performing the very best in choral music in the Dorking area, why not become a
“Friend” of DCS"? Friends of the Society are committed to helping us promote the
appreciation and performance of choral music, and are willing to pay a subscription of not
less than £10 a year - funds which go entirely towards the high costs of our public concerts.
In return Friends receive regular newsletters and priority booking for all our concerts
(including Leith Hill Musical Festival).

Our concert programmes reach several hundred discerning, potential customers in the
Dorking area. Why not advertise your company in our programmes, and receive
complimentary tickets? (Quarter, half or full pages available).
