Results of the run-off for a new conductor
Greg Batsleer has been appointed as the new musical director. He has contractual obligations
to complete with the Halle Youth Choir and will be joining us early in 2010.
An early opportunity to meet Greg will be at on Sat 13th February, with a workshop to be held
from 10:00am to 1:00pm at Friends Provident. Greg (with Gavin accompanying) will use known
repertoire to take us through singing technique / exploring sounds. This is an open Workshop
being run by East Surrey College for ‘Adult Learners’, so please do spread the word.
